How should I remove the power indicator on a PAM270

Can I have some advice on how to remove this indicator please.

Unless it's an absolute must I wouldn't take it off I think it's on a bar and when you remove the hand the bar drops I thing they are put on the dial 1st then into the movement

Thank's Robert, now when you say it it makes sense, I was planning to do a relume, now I'm not sure about it.

Digger. You'll have to relume straight over the old lume like doing a sandwich dial otherwise you'll damage the part

Actually I had in mind to relume the whole watch including the sandwich but I guess I will just wrap it up again:
