instinct 0 Posted March 28, 2011 (edited) Hi, just ordered a few watches from Marvelous Reps.. This is my 2nd order in less than 1 mth from me entering the watch replica world! Ahh, it's like a virus that keeps spreading.. Tempting to buy every watch here! Anyway, I have been sent QC pics by MR, however please help me what I actually need to look for.. Here's one of the watch IWC Portugese with 21J movement. Is there anything I should complain about? ps. it's seems to be a very nice watch and can't wait to get it so soon Edited March 28, 2011 by instinct
Del 4,497 Posted March 28, 2011 Just make sure everything looks ok, correct spec, no cosmetic flaws, etc.. I can't see anything obvious but don't know much about this model. (Your pics are a tad large btw )
instinct 0 Posted March 28, 2011 ahah.. yes it's so we can see his dirty fingers By the way, I just realise it doesn't have screws on the lugs to change straps.. How do I change the straps on these models?
prestigewatchco 2 Posted March 28, 2011 You need to get a dremel with a cutting disk on to change the bands cut them off then put new band on and tiig weld the bar back Alternatively you can just use the spring bars and change the band

David543 0 Posted March 28, 2011 (edited) I just look for any obvious problems cosmetically. I thought same as you about what to look for. Back in 2006 no one did QC or photos!! Edited March 28, 2011 by David543

KeNnY 29 Posted March 29, 2011 jdoe youw watch will gain 4 seconds per day on 270° angle, and it has got 21 600 Beats per seconds, because it is 21J Asian movement. The watch is in perfect condition, go pay for it so you can wear it sooner !
greg_r 81 Posted March 29, 2011 Second and last time of asking. PLEASE RESIZE YOUR PICS TO 950px wide or less. What you are posting is way too big

lpv888 0 Posted March 29, 2011 hi all, The "W" on the rotor looks off center? That's just my two cents worth... Other than that it looks like a great rep :-) I don't know this model well, but is it normal for it to have the one number blacked for the "10" and "11" numbers? Cheers (First post, booyah!) Pics are resized. Wow thanks for the replies.. You're quite right ipv.. The W seems a bit to the left, or rather the C is a bit to the right. *great first post btw! and Welcome! As for the numbering of "10", I think it's because of the light reflection, it is silver on other QC pic photos (I didn't post here). As for the wrist bands I guess I'll just leave it as it is and take it as a good enough band. LOL Edited March 29, 2011 by instinct
greg_r 81 Posted March 29, 2011 Thanks for resizing the images As for changing the band, it's easy. You just need a springbar tool (you can use a small screwdriver, but it's easier with the right tool - you're less likely to scratch the lugs). The tip of the tool slides in between strap and lug and you simply compress the spring to pop the bar out of the retaining hole.
