scottjk 0 Posted August 8, 2017 Hi. I was recently in Shanghai and purchased what appears to be a beautiful Planet Ocean replica. It's one of the most comfortable watches I've ever worn. Problem - It completely loses time overnight. I'm assuming the movement is super cheap. Can someone clarify this situation.
Hupiukko 4 Posted August 8, 2017 How much did you pay for it in Shanghai? I'm just curious with the prices in China streets...
RepGuy 108 Posted August 8, 2017 It looks like an A2813 low beat movement. It could simply be that the movement is poorly regulated
scottjk 0 Posted August 8, 2017 (edited) $80 Can a poorly regulated movement be fixed? Edited August 8, 2017 by scottjk
scottjk 0 Posted August 8, 2017 (edited) I should have been more specific. Yesterday overnight it lost about an hour. If I'm wearing it, it will keep perfect time. How long should the A2813 last without having to wind it? Thanks Scott Edited August 8, 2017 by scottjk

If it keeps accurate time on your wrist, but loses it when set down, try setting it down at a different angle, that could also help with accuracy.
scottjk 0 Posted August 8, 2017 Thanks. I'll try that.
RUSH2112 11 Posted August 8, 2017 Sounds like no reserve if it works while wearing it. Besides, it's the looks that count.
