Leslie 62 Posted August 18, 2017 Maybe someone here can help me. Thanks in advance. Trusty Time has Rolex DayDate models in three sub-categories: DAYDATE, DAYDATE 40mm, and DAYDATE II (41mm). I thought the first sub-category should have DayDate models with 36mm case diameter, but there are models with 36mm, 38mm, 37mm, and 37.5mm in this subcategory. My question is: Is the case diameter indicated with an item is the size I'll get? And, some items shown with 38mm (not special models, just normal DayDate models, say, RDD0007 - DayDate Silver Roman Marker SS - Swiss ETA 2836 http://www.ttw-1388.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_14&products_id=1371) are actually larger than the genuine 36mm Rolex? (I have not got reply from Trusty Time, so I ask the question here.)

RussP 22,262 Posted August 18, 2017 Rolex have made the Datejust and Day Date in 36mm originally. The reissue was in 40mm The Mark 2 is the 41mm Not sure where the 38mm comes from Hopes this assists.
Member X 91 Posted August 18, 2017 Probably just crap measuring by the dealer or incorrect info from the factory, I would reckon.
