RG..... ah, it almost pains me to pull the trigger on a trendy finish such as rose gold. but, it looks cool. can anyone comment as to the 'rep' quality of the RG finishes vs just getting a stainless one? cheers gents. greg_r 83 Posted March 31, 2011 RG finishes tend to be pretty good but, obviously, they're not as durable as SS and you may find it wearing after a while. Nice for a dress watch worn occasionally, but not ideal for a daily beater. However, this watch being PVD with RG details should mean that it will last better, as the areas that get the most wear are the PVD parts. I'm only actually aware of one high-end rep of this watch, so they should be the same. WE's pricing on upmarket models is often rather OTT, which is what I'd put this down to...
