JohnG 41 Posted June 4, 2011 I figure we can be nice to noobs until they get 100 posts, after that we'll beat them about the head and shoulders, lol. +1 A lot of times a noob will ask a question because they don't have the first clue where to start looking, they may not understand discussion board culture, and they figure rather than spending hours trying to figure it all out, perhaps if they just ask a question, someone in the know can say "dealer X". I started out as a voracious reader, became a know-it-all-about-sub-mods noob within weeks. Believe me, those are more annoying than the ones who just ask questions. I know you have good intentions to help noobs such as this fellow and myself, but even as a newbie, when I first joined this forum, I didn't post such thread. I spent a lot of time going through threads after threads and IF I had any questions, I would ask at the shoutbox or pm other members. Just saying, a little bit of work on any noobs end wouldn't hurt, you know Just never understood threads like, where can I find the best... or which dealers has the best... I could go on. A little time in the review thread and the dealer feedback sections would have answered majority, if not all of their questions.
