Kutio 0 Posted March 31, 2011 Congrats mate, great move. Wow, they are dame expensive but the entertainment value, it's so worth it. Only problem is if anyone catches me wearing that on the train on my way to work. Doesn't matter if I wear a nice suit/shirt/cuffs, it's still a little hard to believe. I haven't heard much noice on these movements and it's been maybe a year now since they appears? I'm guessing the movement is trusty? Maybe I'm ready to pull the trigger on an IWC Tourby. It looks pretty close to the Gen. And because very few would have seen the real thing in person to make a detailed comparison anyway.
jrodshibuya 0 Posted April 1, 2011 That is absolutely stunning! I looked for it but couldn't find it on his website. What size is it? I had this Breguet faux tourby (can't yet afford a functional) on order http://timeshops.net/product.php?id_product=7851 I absolutely loved everything about it, but at 42mm and particularly large lugs I was worried I couldn't wear it comfortably as a dress-watch at work, so cancelled the order I love Breguets though, so let me know how you find the size if you could. JohnG 41 Posted April 1, 2011 Shall we sing the Tourbillon song? Come with me And play my game Patta Ping Patta Poom I'm on fire Put out my flame From the first time I called out your name You were the heat you were the flame Patta Ping Patta Poom Feel the light Tastet the dark Play with all of your heart You're deeply entwined Forever your mine You crossed the line And now you are mine I see your soul Right through your eyes So full of desire So put out my fire Your body's lifting me Higher and higher
