RussP 22,257 Posted December 8, 2017 This watch has been on my wish list for a very long time. Various reasons for my inability to acquire one, some financial, some emotional and mostly not being able to find one in this condition. This is a 1960 Rolex 1625 Thunderbird that has been professionally restored: Bracelet still in packaging.

I thought it was unusual too, but purchased from Chrono 24 where authenticity is guaranteed (or your money back). Will be getting it checked out by a Rolex Authorised Dealer in Brisbane as soon as I can.
