For what I've seen it's a good one, meaning as good as the generic a2824 :)
Maybe a bit better because it's nicely decorated and the micro regulation screw on the balance cock works better than the standard ones.

My recently sold Tudor Black Bay 'One' has the same movement. It's a decorated Asian clone ETA 2824 and in my case it was very stable and consistent. I was able to calibrate this watch to much better than COSC (Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres) standards!
