Im not gonna make any porfit from any crime specially from else's sadness.  Just curious how to take the control of someone's phone. Plus, if you get caught, it would be a big jail time in here. I dont know about you contry, but since the server and the victom of your crime is related to many country, you will be on the list of Interpol. there will br consequences of what you did. Now we need to think who is criminal. Is it us? Yes, no laws against discussing and creating / building replicas... It's widely known many in the Rolex community frequent RWI, etc. to find tells to identify fakes. Those who misrepresent for profit are as unwanted on our forum as theirs.

yes but if it facilitates criminal activity, ie. selling replica watches, it would be illegal.  

like i said, would you go to the police if your drug dealer stole your money?  Stealing is illegal sure, so hed be in trouble, but so would you.

Totally disagree mate.

Arguably (note - arguably) Trailboss could be in a sticky position in that it could be said his site aids and abets a number of offences (though I personally don't think so for a second), but everyone else - people who simply use an internet forum? There's no crime in that mate. No wrongdoing whatsoever.

However, have you had your email hacked? That's a big deal. Had a ransom demanded? Bigger deal? Blackmail? Bigger still. Crime committed across international borders? Much bigger deal.

If you're the victim of crime, report it.

'Attempted to buy illigal drug' -->ripped off-->afraid to call police

this logic cannot be same at this time
