I finally stripped down and reassembled my first 2824 movement… I’ve been /that/ bored.

Was it difficult? I haven’t stripped a whole movement down yet but would love to learn and be able to fix what might be a sticky balance spring on a couple pieces.

None at all. I’ve been learning from YouTube. Very surprised that the balance went in perfectly the first time. Once you get to know what part is what and what does what, it becomes logical.

 

All I need are the oils and washing machine.
