I ask because he's a trusted vendor at the geek. Infact I do recall him posting a rep IWC and passing it on with gen parts which turned ugly ...

Did he do something similar here ?

Look at the evidence - RWI went down just as the Locolouise scandal broke. Locolouise now seems to have shipped most of the backlog, which means no new help desk tickets are going to be posted and, lo and behold,  RWI is about to come back up.
