TS has a bunch of 68$ that I have. Silix has cheap ones too.

TS has a couple of 21J Subs for $48 under the RWI promotion. Just got one for a friend with an order I received on Friday. It looked pretty good...band was a little flimsy with some rough edges, but for under 50 bucks? Great deal.

Your best bet are to get homages off eBay. There are a lot you can get in that price range. Search "Parnis" "6497" and "6498" and then select "auctions" - you can get some very cool homages (unbranded or rebranded reps) from China for under $70, no problem.
