Most businesses provide automated replies that they are attending to enquiry with a 24 hour  customer service standard. When that doesn’t happen then I want to know what’s up.

 Don’t have a real one to compare but I expect the following 

1) keeps good time

2) no scratches

3) good quality links

4) looks expensive

I think that to be a TD on here they should be fitted with trackers and allow their computers to be accessed remotely by all users on here.

If they go off for a dirty weekend or have a shit then strike them off.

When did you sent your emails ?
Days ago ?
Sometimes I wait a few days for Michelle to reply my emails ... especially if I send enquired about availability of this or that cause he just have to check with the factories (no stock).
Sometimes he has to wait for me to answer ... especially when I'm hesitating about this or that if both are available.
