Any RWI mods here? Need help

Now that RWI is back, for some reason, my old password doesn't work and I'm not getting the email to reset it (I checked on my junk folder too).

I have the same user name there.

They are still Debugging and I would imagine having the servers flooded for password reset requests.

Patience. I’m not even trying until it’s 100% so as not to add any strain

Also if it’s something like hotmail, they are trigger happy on the blacklist so if 1000’s of reset requests are made then they might get blacklisted. 

Imagine your Santa and all the requests you receive, that’s how their server feels

you will have to be patient as they are importing loads of missed profiles could take a while but is a priority

Request a password reset and create a new password and you should be able to log in.  That's what I did.

I have the same problem
and I can not even create a new account, just do not have such a "sign up", just "login"

but my account was not deleted ...

To prevent duplicate accounts, new account sign up was suspended.
