boci 22 Posted February 28, 2018 Hey guys, I'm looking to get some replacement/movement screws for my Marlin PAM 127. Previous owner had it serviced and it seems that the watchmaker used the steak knife to remove movement screws. Most of the blue, flat bridge screws have some screwdriver marks. As well as ratchet, crown and click screws. These seem to be very difficult to find. I spent countless ours searching the web with no success. The rounded head screws are available and found on many rep movements. I almost purchased this at RWI, but had hard time justifying $400 for just the screws that I needed;https://forum.replica-watch.info/forum/watch-parts-and-accessories/6588415-panerai-127-movement-modded-with-gen-panerai-parts Any suggestions where these flat head, bridge and winding gear screws can be found? Cheers!

zulu44gmt 1,046 Posted February 28, 2018 Ofrei offers some of them in blue, in the 6497 parts section. I didn’t notice if they carried blue bridge screws. But blueing them yourself looks like the most fun . So many projects...Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

BadPickle 2,755 Posted February 28, 2018 The one next to the mainspring is a left thread, easy to shear it cos you just think it’s in tight. Watch this before you swap screws https://www.eta.ch/swisslab/6497/6947.html
