trailboss99 994 Posted March 7, 2018 Yes folks there will be brief periods of total disruption while we (well, our hosts) try to resolve issues with the server. Average speed is now twice what it was yesterday and while there is a long way to go we are getting there. Remember we started this rebuild with a fractured database in a different format than vB needs, wrote from scratch a routine to convert it , lost 20k members, wrote another routine to rescue them and are currently trying to save about a million PMs. I'm not making excuses for being hacked in the first place let alone losing a lot of our backups and needing to piece together a set from the rest (the responsible party has voluntarily withdrawn for the Tech Team) but we are doing everything we can to recover as much as we can and this effort is responsible for most of the current issues. All the missing 20k accounts have been pulled together from almost thin air by the guys who are now working on PMs. Share this post Link to post
