Good to see you here ... !

Your ptating look great ... if it comes close to Spongebob, it would be the best thing for Sub-c inserts.

Congrats, buddy .... Looking forward to more pictures.

We have industrial deposition machines at my workplace that apply titanium nitrite to cutting tools.

We have no idea what type of coating or equipment is used but if done correctly this process would be very accurate and durable. Those pictures speak for themselves.

I've sent a PM am excited to see the results.

Well done USD Plating!:)

Very clean work, expect to be inundated with PM’s.

My only advice is try not get overwhelmed with work set a limit and stick to it :)

Genius

That's great, not too expensive either, maybe will finally buy a GMT 2C now, was just the lack of good bezel putting me off

So, when you say that someone could send you the whole watch or watch head if he can't remove the Bezel, do you remove the Bezel yourself or do you perform the Sputter coating without removing it?

Just to be clear;

Is the whole procedure done with the whole watch without harming it?

Or do you disassemble/assemble the Bezel yourself?

Cheers:beer2:

I thought that you said there's a big custom risk in sending you a complete watch from outside EU.
