I think we may be making record time on this project! :Jumpy: I drew up custom roulette datewheel overlays in illustrator, because why not? One of the advantages of taking your time (procrastinating) is that you can get all the little details right!

Finally got a decent decal dial applied after months of not being able to, for some unknown reason. I've done this plenty of times before, but I just couldn't get it right. Turns out I wasn't putting enough clear coat on the decal sheets before applying the decal to the dial. My guess is that the paper needs more clear coat as it gets older because it degrades a bit. Anyway, time to make another one of these, sand the surfaces to be perfectly smooth and glossy, and then lume them. After that, all the parts will be ready and on their way to Rich for final assembly.

I think I got the design/fonts etc pretty damn close to the original. If you notice anything that seems off... please don't tell me. I can't deal with another revision, lol.

Oh yeah, and the holes are from the applied lume markers on the original 1675 dial. The new lume will cover those up.

Wow, that's awesome. You've nailed it! Congratulations.

It's a shame Rich will probably stuff up the build.

Maybe send it to Tripdog?

;)

Wow, there are some serious skills and patience here. I’m starting to get an itch for one!

I love the progress so far.  What's next?

I have a couple questions

1.  What hands set are you going to use?

2.  I want high quality roulette prints for the 2836 movement...  The gen DWOs are like $2k.
