Just answered this on the other thread:

You need to put pressure to open the case, you can use anything that creates leverage like a caseback knife (not a shape one) or a screwdriver. I suggest to cover it with something to prevent scratches.

And you can see that screw is missing...

But that is ok, things like that could happen and now that I got the missing screw I'll fix it.

You are the best TD I worked with and the fact that you took responsibility and send me the screw is more important than this miss...
