I haven't opened these yet - so I'm just wondering what the circle with the line through it vertically means? It's not on all of the glass, just some of them.... Thanks.

21st letter of the greek alphabet?

also maybe:

In Lacanian algebra, Φ stands for the imaginary phallus and also represents phallic signification; -Φ stands in for castration

It’s the symbol for optical power. It’s related to the curvature of the lens and the refractive index.

Those with two number 4.5x5.5 are 'rectangular oval' ... 4.5mm x 5.5mm

Those with Φ symbol are round ... Φ5,5 .... round 5.5mm diameter
