Can A watch be PVD Coated later on after purchase?

PVD Coating...can it be done by a specialist after a stainless steel version has been bought,Is it a complex process etc etc..any one who knows all about this stuff let me know please.

Sure can opus9, not sure if Avitt or Taka still does DLC runs tho..bit pricey but hell of a good job. ;) Im sure theres few more who can do proper DLC on reps

I don't believe it's practical. You could probably buy a 21J PVD version cheaper then the cost of coating the original rep.
