JSebwc 88 Posted June 8, 2018 (edited) Its been a while since I have been on this page..as I am usually browsing the others and wanted to drop in to share a few pics of my Milgauss 1019 build aka Silver Fish. This was a pretty complicated build for a simple 3 handed watch...however I am happy with the results overall. I have a thread over on rwg. cc on the build if anyone is interested but I just wanted to share a few pics this eve of my completed piece. Happy to answer any questions and as always , comments and feedback are appreciated. cheers Edited June 8, 2018 by JSebwc
repmaster1234 49 Posted June 9, 2018 Wow!!! Not sure I've seen a 1019 built before. I'll have to check out your thread on the other RWG to see where you sourced all the parts. That dial is fantastic.

Rolojack build one. There was a black 1019 on ebay about 6 months ago that had a tudor movement. I believe it was a yuki case set and dial, and of course mine. There are no Etay or DG handsets for this ref so you have to use the Rolex 1560 hands and broach them, which is quite a challenge. I left that procedure to Tripdog and he did a great job of it. Reminds me a little of my spacedweller build, great dial Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk Thank you I have a 1016 explorer built by JMB and its a great piece. I do like the space dweller dials...very unique. I do however find that the Milgauss 1019 is the perfect size. the 1016 is a great watch to wear it does at times look just a tad bit small on my wrist. Where as a GMT with its 40mm size can sometimes feel heavy and clunky.....where the 38mm case of the Milgauss is the ideal middle ground for me. Less is more. and in this warmer weather I have been wearing the 1019 for office and 1016 for my manual work.
