Vintage Omega 2374 - missing case part

Picked this one up recently for a project piece. The movement works great and seems to be in decent condition for the age. Also, it was really cheap so I figured there was nothing to lose.  According to the serial number it looks like it's early 1950's.  Other than that, I'm having an issue determining the name of the part I actually need though.  The movement is loose in the case and there is definitely a screw/metal piece missing between the bumper springs but I don't think that is required to set the movement. What is the ring/spacer called that sets the movement?  I've tried every term (spacer, movement holder, gasket, case back) but I still can't find what I'm looking for even if it were a different watch.  It's also possible that this movement is not intended for this case, but it does seem as though it fits and the numbers check out on the Omega vintage database.
