Gfenn 0 Posted July 2, 2018 Dear Forum Members, after wearing my IWC Portugese 5007 in rose gold since half a year it seems that I do need now support from a watchsmith. The problem is that I have seen a kind of dust respectively small particle on the dial which is moving, but missed to make a picture for reference sorry. Is somebody able to recommend me a contact who should make a service on my watch including cleaning the dial if this is possible in best case within the EU. I was already trying to go in contact with vintagewatchparlour and WatchrepairsUK but they haven`t replied to me so far. I don’t know if they are still active and a week response time is normal to them. Would be great receiving a couple of hints from you, because I`m quite new to all of this,.
