Surprised your third knock on it wasn't that the gas milage sucks. OTOH, I wouldn't buy it or any car over $40K. If I somehow got my hands on something like it, I'd probably tear it up for a day, rack up a speeding ticket or two, and then sell and dump the money in my retirement account. But that's just me, and I'm probably wrong. Watch design does look cool on the hood.
