greg_r 81 Posted August 25, 2018 Having recently sold my Longines LLD (mainly because it wasn't getting enough wear), I fancied buying another, cheaper, compressor style watch. I looked at Landeron, Dan Henry and the Gerlach Navigator, but still hesitated. Then I ran across this - an IWC Vintage Aquatimer homage being sold on eBay under the Debert brand. At £65, I figured it was cheap enough to take a gamble... It's available in either gold or SS finish, with white or black dials. It appears to be, essentially, a rebranded version of the cheaper 21J Vintage Aquatimer rep, sporting the same case and rubber strap (which is pretty good, btw). The listing says the movement is a Miyota, but I haven't had the back off to confirm. The watch feels very well-made for a cheapie and runs well. Fit and finish is well above average for this low cost. Very pleased given the price. Here's a quick pic:

Thommo82 1,397 Posted August 26, 2018 Have seen a few other Debert branded watches on Ali. Good to hear they are worth the money, guess that means I’ll have to buy a couple
