Hublot Red Magic

Recommended Posts

replicaX

I was hoping to seek advice from Hublot experts here. The watch I am buying is supposed to be from V6 factory. Several TDs all show that the hour mark at 3 o'clock is supposed to be red, just like on gen. But this TD I am buying from insists that those were old model. The new model shown in my QC pictures has the hour mark at 3 o'clock in white. I didn't expect this. I placed my order and made payment based on the fact that I saw the published pictures with red 3 hour mark.

The genuine model has red mark, too.

What do you think? How could I determine that I am indeed buying the correct watch, and not getting ripped off?

Thanks for the reminder. I have amended my post. My intention is to get help in identifying the correct watch model. Although, I wonder how I can point out the concerned part of the watch without showing the picture. Ultimately, the watch is supposed to have 3 hour mark in red, but in the QC pics, it has the mark in white. I am not sure if I am being ripped off or not. Could anyone care to share your thoughts and guidance, please?

Wow, thanks for pointing that out. I didn't realize it at all. All links are now fixed.

I hope this is alright, as it is an edited pic, technically not a QC pic. Please let me know if this is still in violation. I will remove it right away.

Edited or not, it's still a QC pic to me, but I'm not a mod here, so I would only suggest to remove it, as you explained it enough with words, I don't think the pics are of any help :)

Now on your question, indeed the gen seems to have the red marker and if the TD website and the reference you ask have the red marker on the dial, you should get what you asked for, if your TD cannot have it, then you should ask for a refund and ask another TD :)

Thanks. Don't you think it's odd. I never heard of factory revising a model without marking it v2, v3 and so on. TDs would also have a indication in this case. Right?

Factories & TD works in a mysterious way sometime, they can only rely on what the factory tell them unfortunately
