Kronicle705 0 Posted September 20, 2018 I have a rep that currently has a a2824 movement and I want to swap for an eta 2824. How hard is this to do for a watchsmith and what should this cost me. There is no date complication on it so I'm thinking this is pretty straightforward... Also, if a rep has a date complication is it still possible to do a movement swap? hanski 40 Posted September 20, 2018 Without concern for a date/DWO, this is an easy swap - with the hardest part being removing and resetting the hands. Cost...no idea what watchsmiths charge.
Logixa 8 Posted September 22, 2018 Yeah what mzinski said. Its a very easy job for a watchsmith. Shouldnt cost more than 50 euro and that is a lot if you ask me. Date change wouldn't make it any different
