BadApple 13,239 Posted October 9, 2018 Take no notice of these idiots. Mine is the same - a common fault. All caused by excessive pumping pressure from the wrist.
COMPLICATIONS 0 Posted October 9, 2018 Removal of the crack is not a DIY job as it will require the construction of one-off custom arms, by the time any standard replacement parts are delivered they too will be cracked as soon as you fit them. Your best course of action is to sell it to me for parts £20 should do it....

manodeoro 19 Posted October 9, 2018 Um, good luck with that one Chi, seems a simple fix. Can I thread crap a wee bit? Does anyone know of any good stripdown tutorials for Pams? I've had a look here, at RWI, and on Watch Repair Channel, but can't find anything useful. I've got a Pam that's losing time on the wrist, but running perfectly when laid flat. I saw on the web that some watches have what looks like a metal washer bent into a U shape that basically keeps the wheels and/or hands pushed on to the other wheels/pinions. If the u-shaped washer/spring thing is loose, then when the watch is upside down, things can fall out of synch. Oh, this makes no sense!!!! I found a great gif on the internet ages ago that explains this , but I can't find it now. I'm making no sense. Someone shoot me. Shoot me now. Easy fix for you PAM :1 - put it on your wrist2 - lie down on your bed/floor/kitchen table/etc3 - let your hands stay perfectly flat on your bed/floor/kitchen table/etc4 - problem fixed as your watch will run perfectly5 - do NOT ever move your head or your hand (or anything) to read the time as your watch could loose time6 - if you really need to read the time just fix a large mirror on you ceiling prior lying downNo need to thank ...you're welcome Envoyé de mon Moto G (5) Plus en utilisant Tapatalk
onionbag 1 Posted October 9, 2018 https://www.panatime.com/setforrawaba.html Now, a wee tip courtesy of sconehead. When unscrewing the lugs on a Radiomir, first cover all the screws with a small piece of sellotape. Why? You ask. When your screwdiver slips, and it will.... you won't scratch the polished case back.....oh and it'll hold onto those teeny-weeny screws and you will have no need of a visit to Panatime. Chixisigma 461 Posted October 9, 2018 Well this has gained a bit of traction, hasn't it? I can only imagine it would have been worse if I'd offered to give it away due to the issue (which I definitely hadn't considered/come very close to doing) Regardless, I'm transferring all this to the ginger one. It's happening to him. To him. To hymn. Praise be! Cxs

I think when you bought your PAM 8-days, it was missing an accessory. There should be a marker to go with the watch. You make a mark on the bezel each day you wear the watch. By the 8th day, you should completed the circle and buy a new watch.
