AllergyDoc 41 Posted May 13, 2009 Saw this reviewed on RWG.CC. What a fantastic watch! 43mm, too. Wristy. It's Luthier! Lawrence sells this in gold for $100 and SS for $98. http://www.houseofsouvenirs.com/glashutte.htm Watcheden sells for $88 with the coupon, but I would stay away from them right now. Too many negative reviews. Josh, of course, is higher.

Too many negative reviews. Josh, of course, is higher. I posted the picture of this watch in "Big watches are out of fashion"... or something like that..., saying -China already reacted. THEN nobody paid any attention. Now, sooo suddenly, everyone became just crazy about this watch. Assholes... Where's my credit???
greg_r 100 Posted May 13, 2009 I've been thinking about buying one of these ever since they first appeared - I had actually been looking at vintage Glashutte models before that. Definitely on my list. (btw - moved to the Glashutte sub-forum - was in Breguet for some reason).
greg_r 100 Posted May 13, 2009 There's a rose gold with gold face version out there somewhere too - I'm not usually into full gold, but it's a very pretty watch.
phaedo 0 Posted May 13, 2009 Not really me, but I do like that style of numbers
trailboss99 1,065 Posted May 13, 2009 Rose gold would be nice. I like the clean, simple lines teamed with the exotic dial font. Col.

joefratguy 0 Posted April 22, 2010 I freaking love this watch! I just wish it was 39mm (as per the genuine) I think all dress watches should be under 40mm. But thats my opinion and actually isn't worth much.
Member X 91 Posted April 22, 2010 Hey Joe, They don't wear that big IMO - although I am used to wearing 46mm B&Rs so I may be a little askew LoL For the price they are, they are great!
Member X 91 Posted April 30, 2010 Ok, thought I'd upload some photos of my two The pics are rubbish because a) it was dark, b ) for some reason the camera seems to pick up dust and even a small scratch on the black one that just doesn't appear to be there in real life(!!), and c) I'm rubbish at cleaning watches properly lol Anyway, a few to add to the thread :sh_h: Sorry for the watermarks, it's only because I can't get on bloody photobucket at work and I'm not sure I trust imageshack lol
Member X 91 Posted April 30, 2010 Oh, and it's worth noting that I think only the black dial/silver markers, and silver dial/gold markers are accurate to gen - I don't think they made a silver dial/silver markers version?
AllergyDoc 41 Posted April 30, 2010 I tried picking one of these up from Lawrence but they were out of stock.
Member X 91 Posted April 30, 2010 Robert? I got these on special :P 'tis worth noting that they're a little 'sticky' when winding so could probably do with a service really, but I don't wear them all the time so just wind them slllooowwwwlllyyy when I do, to make sure I don't damage them
greg_r 100 Posted April 30, 2010 I really must buy one of these ...
Member X 91 Posted April 30, 2010 Dooo iiiit... Although they seriously need a decent leather strap to do them justice.
