I will admit, the watch is not my favorite... having said that, the review is NEXT LEVEL!

I applaude you sir for setting the bar! Your photog is superb, truly showcasing the timepiece.

Bravo!

Thank you very much my friend ! :)

I was thinking that the Marmite analogy could play out here @Glaude but then I realised I could segue your Frenchness and my Britishness into this and being a die hard alleged racist I realised this was perfect. Here we see the equivalent of the 'French Taste' as it was known in Britain in the 18th century. Robert Mille the modern day Rococo whilst Britain preferred neoclassical Palladian style. Basically this is a fat papist piece of decadence. Love the photos and  I'm sure the words are marvellous too. I like cheese. I'm ignoring the Swiss here as they started out faking British watches back in the 1700's so are simply cultural and design thieves - fucking cunts...........some of the older members here definitely joined back then - buying some of the first replica pocket watches from TD's in Switzerland!

Looking nice!

I plan on grabbing a rep Richard mille soon, love the looks. Do you recommend any good modders? Also, what do you think is the most "gen-like"?

Thanks !

A modder to do what ? There's not a lot of things you can do to it, apart from a better AR coating

Was reading up mainly on the pink jewel mod.

DC has been helping me a bit with choosing one, might go with either the RM055, RM011 or RM035 Americas. Any reason you would choose one over the other?

Oh yes the colour of jewel, but on this version, I find that it goes well with the overall look.
I'm not a specialist of RM,  I only have this one, and will probably only have this one for quite some time

Mr Stubbs

Geez you guys!  What's with all these weepy back-handed compliments?  "Oh you're such a good writer Monsieur Croissant, but I'm not French enough to be seen wearing something that isn't stainless steel with a black dial. The other guys in the retirement home might shun me" .

:brightlight:

For those of you too young to remember, Montre Valgine were on the bleeding edge  of  comedy in the 70's and 80's.   Who can forget their Dead Parrot sketch (It's just sleeping...),  the Undertaker sketch (Well...we're going to eat your mum...) or  the Lost at Sea sketch (Look at that arm!  There's plenty of good meat there!) or their crowning achievement in comedy history, Montre Valgine and the Holy Grail...

Look at these specs and see how this replica is even better than the $300,000.00 genuine!

Italic bold texts are things I just made up.

Case: Titanium PVD Coated and Forged carbon front & back   Not even pretending to be genuine, they freely admit that it's FORGED!!!
Band: Red rubber strap  BIG and RED and RUBBER, OH YEAH.
Movement: Miyota 8215 21600 bph  That's BEATINGS PER HOUR, BABY.
Functions: Hours, minutes, seconds  And it licks your arm while you wear it.
Case width: 43mm | 44.4mm   WIDER!
Case lenght: 50mm | 50.1mm  LONGER!
Overall thickness : 16mm | 16.6mm  THICKER!
Crystal: Sapphire Crystal | Checked with diamond tester = positive Sapphire crystal  Checked with a DIAMOND tester!
Strap size : 25mm-27mm | 90mm-117mm (short & long side)  Short AND long!
Weight : 99.4gr (case + strap & clasp)  All this AND a clasp!

Now you can buy the same watch that Rafa wears when he's racing down the three paved streets of Switzerland in his Koenigsegg Agera, for less than the cost of a used Porsche 924.  Is that not the greatest replica watch deal ever?

When I wear my RM watches, I can't even get on an elevator with a woman, without her ripping her blouse off and licking the lipstick right off her lips.  Trump is right:  when you wear a watch like this, women will let you grab them by the purse.  Or even their wallet!  :onzesgirl:

As this cactus said to my arm:  "I think I made my point!"

Prick.

;)

I have about 1,000 points from that cactus stuck in my arms, just from moving it around to take photos.  But I'm going for bonus points by using too many underlines, bold face highlights, italics and exclamation!!! marks in my posts.   As someone once  observed, I'm a special kind of prick.

What a review! I actually own a rep of the RM027-03 Tourbillon with the Spanish flag, and its not even close to this level of detail. Definitely ordering one of this soon, would you say the Carbon case is a giveaway that its not a genuine piece? I have seen some RM027 in the wild and the carbon seems to be almost raw, this looks more polished if you will. Am I wrong? Thank you for the review!

The carbon is absolutely not a give away, beside the pattern being different and "larger" than the gen, it's a real forged carbon look, very similar to the gen from every videos & photos I've seen !

Thank you for your comment !

Thats awesome thank you, its just me being skeptical with reps as usual haha. I have seen this model online by KVF but it doesnt mention a v2 or that sexy red strap, what TD might offer this version? I really dont want to go through the hassle of changing the strap as I heard its complicated in this watches.

Thank you!

It's not indeed the simplest process to change strap on that watch, but ask any of our TD for this watch, they will be able to tell you about its availability, send them the link to this review so that they can see the version :)

@quadro Please stop posting your link everywhere on the forum, the TD you are mentionning is only a probationnary TD on RWI and not here, plus your post in this section have nothing to do with the review
