You made some very attractive pics of the strap on your website and this was the reason I chose exactly this one. Not once during the ordering process did you mention that the decision for the pre-V buckle will result in a completely different appearance of the strap! There's also no disclaimer on your website that choosing the pre-V buckle will result in a different appearance of the strap. The low horizontal stitch is the key part of the design in my opinion and the main reason I chose this strap. If the custom build affects this, you should: a) show the possible variations in the photos on your website b) warn that aesthetics may not be as pictured Hiding behind the phrase "custom" doesn't give you an excuse to make something completely different than depicted on your website. It is misleading and fraudulent to do so. It also doesn't give you a right to sell a defective item, which this strap definitely is. It's not cut straight and the stitching is crooked, that's a fact. The strap looks cheap and poorly made. I've dealt with DiStefano, Gunny, Wotancraft and Ted Su before and this strap feels and looks like a cheap Aliexpress job compared to those.
