Rolex GMT II needs new crown/stem...am I better off

Recommended Posts

just buying a new rep?  I think I paid around $300 several years ago for this model (cira 2012-2013).  I don't recall the movement but it is high quality from Noob Factory.  The stem/crown will not 'stick back in' after winding.  I don't even know if it is possible to buy a replica stem?  A genuene one is around $150 (I checked) but that would be silly to spend that on a watch I can buy again for $300?  Agree?

Thanks all!
