PAM111 Pesky millimetric screw still an issue?

Evening all

I've read a number of threads highlighting an issue of these screws coming lose and falling into the movement....

I understand the screw lengths were increased in later series to presumably help resolve this issue?

Is this still a known problem or was it down to a bad batch......

Unfortunately the only way to know is when you see your QC pictures. I did not hear about the increased length for the micrometric screw because that is not the issue, and might cause another problem later, which is the inability to regulate the movement (because you can't push the regulating lever/dagger any further as the screw is in the way).

You mean the micrometric screw? 

These were lengthened to make it look more gen like, nothing to do with it falling out. 

The swan neck is faux (and the wrong shape) on these. I think they would worry about that but they don’t 

just remember no one posts up to say “my micrometric screw is secure” so unless it was a batch warning, this is only poor qc on a small number of watches.

Thanks for the replies sorry yes I did mean the micrometric screw....Look fine in the QC pics and I've asked the TD to check .
