I wouldn't like my Rolex to look that way, but I do admire the craftsmanship!

While I personally wouldn't want one, the craftsmanship and skill that goes into each one of those pieces is just astounding.  They are true works of art that I would be afraid to wear

An abomination of a perfectly beautiful watch...

If people were so against the likes of Bamford, etc...

This one is just as bad...

As they said... Money can't buy taste

They make more  money by selling more watches... end of story.

They won't service it at the RSC. Just like how they won't service the Bamfords...

But people who pay this kind of money, has other means to service their watches.

Rolex was never too happy about Bamford using their watches as a platform, LVMH offered them a partnership. Now, Bamford exclusively offers LVMH watch brands for their workshop

This should give a picture on how fiercely Rolex defends its branding and positioning.

"Rather than support the practices of an interesting modifier, Rolex took the stance that Bamford, like all watch customizers was removing the “authenticity” of a Rolex rendering them (among other things) not eligible to be serviced by Rolex service centers. That means even though Bamford never touched the mechanics of any Rolex watch, the company itself refused to repair or service Bamford-modified Rolex watches. "

Excellent craftmanship demonstrated. That sure takes a lot of time and a hell lot of back-breaking work.

A person who has money but no taste is known as a vulgarian, this is the epitome of that word, horrific

In your opinions maybe. In this case I think you are both quite wrong, it's a work of art, stunningly beautiful.

You may appreciate it. I don't... Wrong? I'm not too sure about that... But hey, it's not my money
