Mariner 0 Posted March 11, 2019 Hello everybody. Has anyone sent the watch back due to a strap connection problem? I recently bought Hublot King Power Diver 4000m. Watch From TrustyTime. I’m very satisfied. The only issue with the strap connection on one side of the watch. It does not hold well strap and can detaches spontaneously. I contacted Andrew about that and explained. After discussion I sent the watch back for repair exactly as instructed by Andrew. It was February 22. Still have not received confirmation that the clock was received. I feel like it was a big mistake to send watch back. But otherwise I can not use my watches without fixed strap connection mechanism. Has anyone sent a watch back for repairs? Glaude 1,615 Posted March 11, 2019 I would say the same thing as other people, most of the topics related to sending an item back, shows that this is a variable and lengthy process, in the rep world, the 22 Feb is still like yesterday.
