There is a much wider selection of parts available for the SKX models. The SNZH models are widely used for Fifty Five fathoms, Black Bay and Spectre mods. Check out the blog on Crystaltimes website. He is in the process of constructing a case which takes all the SKX parts and has the crown at 3 o`clock. You can also get a display caseback for the SKX models.
