I am getting married in a fortnight and I need to buy myself a smart 'dress' watch, or at least one that can comfortably fit under a shirt cuff. In the past i have bought a couple of panerais and a hublot, both of which are too chunky. I don't really know much about the more subtle watches. greg_r 81 Posted May 12, 2011 You don't say where you are, but in general if you need it quick, PrestigeWatchCo is likely to be the fastest - but order it right away as you're cutting things pretty fine. As far as dress watches go, how about a Rolex Day/Date II. Not too small at 41mm, but not chunky either. chriszammett 0 Posted May 12, 2011 Sorry - should have been more specific. I'm in the UK, budget is £300 including strap. I would quite like a mesh strap on this style of watch, but it's not hugely important. I don't generally like rolex's that much, but could be convinced otherwise. It's being bought for me as a present and I only knew about it the night before the post. I contacted pt straightaway but had no response hence asking about another potential dealer.
