LD32 13 Posted April 24, 2019 i have just put an order in with a TD, I bought from him last month with western union as at the time he said he cant accept pay pal, ive placed an order for 3 watches today and now he is saying that western union cannot be processed as the goverment/banks in china are auditing and they are banned from collecting funds now being asked to use paypal which i cant do, it all sounds a bit weird was wondering if anyone knows anymore about this? Follow the TD's instructions to the letter, remember this is an illegal hobby, so TDs have had to use many workarounds for processing payments.
