You’re absolutely right: it’s a Berluti Scripto Blue from Bosphorus Leather: www.bosphorusleather.com. Cheers, Really thanks for the site direction. What they do is awesome. I"m in awe. Be blessed for your help. My banker isn't going to see it the same way but I'm sure gonna purchase them for sure pretty much stuff. They provide an astonishing alternate choice to genuine Berluti with a super high finish and with modularity and much lower prices. Thanks again mate , that's very kind of you. dave47 6,412 Posted May 3, 2019 HiYa, Group! Today is PAMSDAY in dave's/phrog's world, so let's get down to it. Today, this nifty looking PAM111 on rubber; beauteous dial & case on comfortable rubber; only problem is: it has a short power reserve. Wound it up this AM around 9:30; by 9:00 p.m. it died. Oh well! dave: (old pics):

NCRich 13,714 Posted May 3, 2019 Sitting in the bottom of a friends drawer for 25 years. His father's watch. Didn't run, broken plexi, all filthy and scratched up. Dip the movement in ammonia, then lighter fluid. Lube the pivot points. Keeps time perfect.

It's a total mess lol But i love it as well. Everything functions flawless. The Airplane date pointer is a riot! No clue if Dealers carry them. Got it in a M2M. 4 hours ago, fatarms said: Holy crap, I count at least 4 or 5 different watch brand characteristics on this one One of a kind by 4 lol
dave47 6,412 Posted May 4, 2019 Hi, Gang! Inspired by pics and texts from other mates, I went to WISH.COM and purchased a SEIKO 5 Sports automatic. Of course, at $48 I knew it wouldn't be gen & for the almost ten years I've been involved with this hobby of ours, I've never seen a replica SEIKO, let alone a SEIKO 5, which, I understand, is their entry level watch. Here are some wristies of the watch; I'll try to show more in a later post, as right now the Sandman is beating me over the head. dave: HERE'S A QUICK LOOK AT THE TRANSPARENT CASE BACK, SHOWING THE MOVEMENT AND SUCH. To me, it looks very realistic!!

Indeed, a true horologist. dave
