mspangl 0 Posted May 14, 2011 "I've never seen a more beautiful franken president. I literally just sh*t my pants, pi**ed myself and spit coffee all over my vintage Levi's jeans at the same time. TRUE GLWS. I so wish I had the funds. Sent from my Droid using Tapatalk" WHAT? :P
Luthier 1 Posted May 14, 2011 6 carot total diamond weight. Honestly - I doubt it's REAL diamonds, it looks like a dirty grey colored glass. Not even like CZ. But, EVEN if it's real stones... it's plain ugly bling.
ThinkBachs 1 Posted May 14, 2011 With the price of gold these days, where the hell do you wear it without fear of getting mugged? Hell, people are getting decapitated just for shopping, maybe wearing this they change their mind and only cut off the arm...
PatronSaintofChainsaws 1 Posted May 14, 2011 I was about to say, considering the content, you could likely part it out and make a few hundred on top of the sale price.

trailboss99 997 Posted May 14, 2011 Ifr they left off the damn stones that would have been a rather nine watch.
David543 0 Posted May 14, 2011 Ok not my taste. Without the diamonds and with a gen dial that would have been a sweet watch. Unless the diamonds are v good there are problems, even if you like them as they can look, well, crap unless they are better than D colour and s1 (or similar). I must admit to being tempted for a watch with gen solid gold.....
JohnG 41 Posted May 14, 2011 that is one nasty fucking watch
houndoggie 58 Posted May 14, 2011 The dude got a little bitchy when someone questioned him about the peeling gold on his so called gen crown. If you are selling a $9k rep, you damn well have your shit straight

prestigewatchco 2 Posted May 14, 2011 Yes John Gen crowns are solid gold on President and 2 tones
JohnG 41 Posted May 14, 2011 Ah, so anyone know how exactly did the seller explain the peeling gold? That's a pretty big deal when you are claiming a bunch of gen parts... Did he really sell it or did he pull it?
prestigewatchco 2 Posted May 14, 2011 There is a steel insert but the gold should be much thicker than it looks in the listing there. You would wear down the milling and it would still be gold I don't know how he explained it away stupid really you can get solid gold crowns after market not that expensive think he would have invested in one Crown on bracelet clasp looks suspect as well looks more like 14k

NFleischer 4,355 Posted May 14, 2011 I would think someone had to be nuts spending 9K on an ugly POS like that with probable fake bling. Looks like something Snoop Dogg would have worn circa 1995 to me.
David543 0 Posted May 14, 2011 (edited) Funny, before I was just too horrified by the diamonds but, the crown is very worn and peeling, the case looks like something showing through that isn't gold and yes, the crown on the bracelet looks a different colour...
