Canada custom

Hello, guys
i just ordered my first watch from Puretime. 
Since I’m very newbie here. I dont have much experience of ordering high end watch through international TD. I do see many post that going through custom is biggest issue, By reading through those posts I’m starting to get nervous on mine as well.
I tried to find recent experiences on canada custom but its all 2 years old which might not be reliable as today now days law could of got reinforced for these market.
how harsh is canada custom right now? Any experiences or issues getting it?

Compared to strict regulations in other countries, us who live here in Canada are actually quite spoiled when it comes to importing watches. 

Over the last two years, l have imported a dozen or so watches. Shipped by e-packet, they come straight to my mail box. No customs duty, no sales tax, no problems.  One watch was shipped by DHL, then there was a handling/processing fee, worked out to $22, so no big deal.

It seems to me, Canada Customs could care less about watches. Drugs, on the other hand, heaven help you.

Hopefully, this calmed down your nerves?     

When your watch arrives, take some pictures and post on either RWI or RWG. (Many of us are on both forums.) We  just  l-o-v-e   watch photos. Oh, yes we do!

Are you sure? You didn't notice the black sUV's in your street?
