This one's starting to grow on me.

Orient continues to fly under the radar........shame, cause they make some lovely watches for the $$$

Tell ya what Russ I’m really happy with this one.

The Orange colour is fantastic, it seems to wear slightly smaller than the 44mm it’s advertised as. Bezel action is best I’ve had on any watch, absolutely zero play and clicks wonderfully. Screw down crown too.

Everything lines up perfectly, even the bezel markets are designed to line up with the edge of the lugs.

Cons are its non hacking and non hand winding and the lume is garbage

My iphone pics don’t teally do it any justice.

Lume is over-rated, Reuben.

The King Seiko that I was wearing (above) has no lume at all.

Glad you're happy with the Orient, they are really well made for the price.

Enjoy your acquisition.

Though I do like a good lume, I do not wake up and check the time at 4am, ever.

Neither do I dive in dark waters......

Thanks! It has a special place in my heart, as it was handed down to me by my late grandfather.

Thanks mate.

To be honest, it wears slightly smaller than 44mm. Have you tried it on?

Bit small for me, but I found this in my parents jewelry box.  Grandmother's 1947 gold Elgin.  Gold filled I'd say.  Unbelieveable patina.
