Pletonic 0 Posted July 14, 2019 So I purchased a Superocean heritage v2 from OM Factory (through trusty time) earlier this year, it came with the rubber aero strap and a free rubber sports strap, both of which were u/s due to one strap having a faulty clasp, and the other coming with no securing pins in the clasp. I've now donated this watch to a friend, and will be purchasing a SO v2 again, but I'm thinking of paying a little extra to go with GF Factory. I know they are renowned for being the best Breitling rep makers in the game, but do GF use the same generic watch strap supplier for their reps? I'm worried I'll receive straps that I cannot use again. The aero strap is the one I'd use, but unfortunately, rep versions of this strap have a double-tang clasp (the original aero strap is fitted with a deployant buckle). If worst comes to worst, I will have to remove the deployant clasp from the free rubber strap I received with the old watch that I've held on to, and try to fit this to the aero one if possible.
