Everyone needs a Glycine + Timex Q

Recommended Posts

First - Words cannot express just how pissed I am that I missed the Timex Q again.....F me. Anyway, I had to recover with a purchase.

I own 12 Glycines but surprisingly no Combat Sub. Had my eye on the all black PVD ambush for awhile. Couldn't pass up this price.

Most of mine are post-Invicta, I can report that your fears are unfounded. I was also able to find a Timex Q in France. Seems absolutely insane that I had to chance this one across the Atlantic. Oh well. Paid $190 after shipping and VAT from Ocarat.

Striking and a great deal with the ETA movement.  I recently bought a green dial bronze sub and I love it.

How did you navigate the website? What with it being in French...

Excellent. Just ordered from Ocarat website. Thanks for the tip! Will the day be in French on the watch?

OK Champ, I'll keep you posted on progress with Ocarat at my end. Can you imagine the pressure in the Timex factory to produce more stock? Crazy demand.

I supposedly got one from Timex, but no confirmation.  They said it would be several days delay due to demand.

@NCRich I've tried everything short of paying the watch terrorists on eBay $500 for one. Fuck those fucking fucker fucks.

Couple of consultation prizes arrived today from jason007. The Sea Dweller is amazing. I'm really doubting a 2813 is running this thing. The Breitling is flawed in several ways but is chunky enough. I've honestly paid more for the Breitling bracelet than this watch cost.

Cool watches. I ordered the yellow Breitling a couple days ago just to see it. I have had so many of those dwellers it's funny. First rep I ordered in 2011 and I kept buying them.

I'll be interested to see your case lugs. Mine is a total fuck up. Extended like Dracula fangs. I'll take a picture of it. I do like the Super Ocean II dial in the Avenger case though.

Well, they do look like that a bit.  Here's what they should look like.

Ha! I literally just posted this at @Chixisigma post and then wandered over here.

I just ordered one for myself - you all convinced to see what all the hype is about.

@NCRich My fangs are WAY better than your fangs. You got some sissy fangs on that GEN. It actually wears comfy so no complaints.
