Luthier 1 Posted May 23, 2011 Talked to Sally (salesperson), she measured the watch, and confirmed - it's 44mm. And she said it's Swiss Valjoux 7750. http://www.progiftstore.com/rolex-daytona-...rs-p-16699.html My question is... as far as I know, original 7750 has seconds @9 configuration, but this one - seconds @6. Here's the link to their Daytonas II. All 44mm... http://www.progiftstore.com/index.php?main...;categories_id= Is something fishy there? They're in HK. And they can make the watch by your specifications - dial color, brushed or polished cases, etc. Maybe I have to pay them a visit?
wat44 0 Posted May 23, 2011 why not - if youre in the neibourhood - go and see them can they do a Bremont?

pfcdre 0 Posted May 23, 2011 I highly doubt they will be swiss 7750s for 270 odd usd sounds more like asian 7750 price to me, but good luck with it, let us know how your deal goes. Cheers
prestigewatchco 2 Posted May 23, 2011 I had one a couple of months ago that was 42 or 43mm but that was Asian 7750 seconds at
digger2 0 Posted May 23, 2011 I highly doubt they will be swiss 7750s for 270 odd usd sounds more like asian 7750 price to me, but good luck with it, let us know how your deal goes. Cheers I doubt it too, they also have a watch with"Swiss Valjoux 7753" for $485.00 which I supect is the same as my Asian 7750 version (J &CO Epic II). A Swiss 7753 on Ebay is about 600 USD just for the movement.
KBH 7 Posted May 23, 2011 It's a shame that for $930 and Swiss ETA they couldn't even get the second hand lined up right.
prestigewatchco 2 Posted May 23, 2011 Regardless swiss or not there is no point at all buying a swiss 7750 with seconds at 6 . The problem will be the same the seconds at 6 mod is only Asian and Swiss or Asian movement will have the same problems with it. It's not a faulty movement that causes the problems it's the add on of the seconds at

valerian 0 Posted May 23, 2011 Is it a joke, Steve? If I were Steve, I'd be offended by this question. :( Val.
DW-Watches 0 Posted May 23, 2011 Is it a joke, Steve? Heck no, it's one of the rare "authorized by switzerland" replicas. Is it a joke, Steve? If I were Steve, I'd be offended by this question. Val. Haha I'm not getting offended, I'm having fun
Luthier 1 Posted May 23, 2011 OK, not a joke, I got it. What is the size and movement? Thanks!
David543 0 Posted May 23, 2011 Someone posted that the factories had modded the 7750 to add extra jewels to the seconds at 6 movement and make it more reliable. Any of you guys know if that worked? I like the idea of a 44mm, if only Rokex did
