GenTLe 1,490 Posted October 20, 2019 Not sure how many may be interested (probably only the real tool feticist like me or someone like @ROLIE who really deal daily with movements), but these may be interesting: 1) a mainspring winder. This is a tool needed to properly put the mainspring back in their barrels without going crazy doing it by hand, leaving particles of skin in the barrel, bending the mainspring while doing it manually. The similar Bergeon kit 2795ETA is around 700£ This is 144€: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000256719090.html 2) a stacking tool. The guy still has to put it online, but I asked him because I couldn't believe there are no chinese stacking tools available. The bergeon 5285-B one is crazy expensive, arond 450£ Let's see how much this will be (it will go in this shop soon https://www.aliexpress.com/store/4585034 ): Cheers, GenTLe

GingerApple 7,272 Posted October 20, 2019 What is it for? A decent looking one for £200 delivered might be of interest to one of you? Edit: This is what it's for: https://watchmaking.weebly.com/watchmakers-tools.html
Flinnt 2,009 Posted October 20, 2019 Thanks. I’ve been wanting spring winders without spending Bergeon money.

GenTLe 1,490 Posted October 24, 2019 Ok, got the price for the stacking tool: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000293883538.html Not bad at all, 1/3 of the Bergeon. The brand is Biao Zhun and they claim "Swiss quality".

Dr Fun Socks 74 Posted November 7, 2019 Got this crystal press from the seller above. Got to say for the money im very impressed. The shitty £20 blue one i got off ebay wasnt even parallel between the top and bottom so this already trumps it there. Has both fast and fine screw adjustments, seems very well made, i say if your in the market for a crystal press you wont go far wrong with this. £39.50 | Screw Type Case Capping Machine Tool High Precision Watch Press Machine For Watchmaker Maintenancehttps://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/oyhdBih6
