Anyone know anything about this watch?

Hey gang!

picked this up today from a pre owned watch store. I’ve never heard of the brand. But I had a look through it and it seems like a pretty formidable watch, I just had to have it!
it has a lovely 18kt gold case, and I’m a sucker for manual wind watches, ESPECIALLY the vintage stuff. Anyways have a look. I have no idea what company this is, if you know anything, I’d love to hear your comments.
I’m not sure of the movement. Definitely not a Venus I’m pretty sure it’s a Valjoux 22. But again, not certain.

Im not sure if I got ripped off or not, but I felt the offer was a fair price and it’s definitely an enjoyable watch.
anyways, enjoy the pics:

That’s a beautiful piece. Looks like it’s based on lemania chrono. Unless you paid over close to a $1000, you didn’t get ripped off. That movement is worth their much at least (if it runs).

Nice. Paid €800 so like 900 or something in USD

Runs like a champ and an absolute attention grabber!

Thanks guys! Didn’t get as big of a steal on this one as some of my last purchases, but I enjoy this one the most so far.

Very nice indeed. Except for the blue strap. I’m not a colourful person.

It’s lovely mate, and that’s a great price too.

I've just scratched my vintage chrono itch with this Unitas running a Venus 188

I figured I’d need one. The original was very worn. However, I’m working on making my own handmade leather strap. This is italy after all :D

@Foxindebox

awww man that’s a lovely one mate!!

i think with all the vintage chrono I’ve bought I stop myself by now, but now I know the hobby....

Very good information! Makes sense to find it in Arezzo. Too bad to see it’s out of its glory days (IMO)
