They send me an email with a photo of my basket with the Q model in it, and a code for 15% off. I'm inclined to make an assumption based on that. Plus, this model has been back in stock now for weeks - so any earlier demand they caused by only selling it occasionally would appear to have passed. That being the case, I think I'll continue to wait this out until they decide to change their T&Cs. I was in the same boat, I kept putting it in the basket, trying to make the codes work and then going crazy every time it went out of stock before I could figure out how.. They really got me pissed, but of course I haven't even thought about reading the T&Cs. Then I saw a post on manontime.com ( Heads up I saw a bargain) and there was a guy with the same problem, who was given the reply I gave you.
